Margo Goodsell.
Operations & Implementation Manager
An operator, not just an administrator.
Margo has worked in property management since 2013, and before that held a variety of management and hospitality roles — experience that still shapes how she runs a room, a system, or a deadline today.
In 2018 she founded her own property-management-only agency in New Zealand, one of very few businesses in the country built around that single focus. She ran it until 2024, when she sold up to enjoy retirement — only to discover fairly quickly that she missed the industry, the pace, and the problem-solving.
That combination is exactly what she brings to her role at The Tarsi Taylor Way. Margo has sat on the operator’s side of the desk — she has built the systems, hired the team, and carried the accountability herself. As Operations & Implementation Manager, she applies that same hands-on discipline to keeping the ecosystem running: the detail, the follow-through, and the processes that let the rest of the business move quickly without dropping anything.
Two wheels and an open trail.
Away from the business, Margo is a committed cyclist. Given the choice, she’s loading a bike with gear and heading for the mountains for a few days of bikepacking — the further from a desk, the better.
She splits her year between the Gold Coast for winters and Central Otago, New Zealand for the long summers — the best of both worlds.
The rest of her time goes to her husband, their two grown children, and their partners. And if you’re buying her a drink at the next TTW event, don’t overthink it — anything alcoholic suits the Tarsi way just fine.
